Document for the decoding program

Task submission page:

1. Reference sequence (in FASTA or text format) is the wild-type sequence containing the target site(s) and flanking sequences.

2. The sequence chromatogram file in “ab1” format is uploaded using the “Browse” button.

3. “Anchor sequence” indicates the single-peak sequence bordering the superimposed peaks in the sequencing chromatogram. “Degenerate sequence” indicates the superimposed parts downstream of the anchor sequence. The degenerate sequence is used as a query to search against the reference sequence.
